L88 Corvette Survivor to Headline Mecum Auction at Bloomington Gold

WALWORTH, Wis. – Mecum Auction will host their annual all-Corvette auction during Bloomington Gold Corvettes USA on June 22-23, 2012 at the Pheasant Run Resort and Spa in St. Charles, Ill.

Headlined by an original and unrestored 1969 Corvette L88 Coupe (Lot S88) with the coveted Bloomington Gold Survivor status, Corvettes from all generations will cross the auction block next weekend. Other featured cars include a 1953 Roadster (Lot S96) with less than 5,000 miles on the odometer, and a triple-crown winning 1962 Convertible (Lot S125).

Corvettes will be on display for preview Friday June 22, and auction will begin Saturday June 23 at 11 a.m. CT. General admission tickets for this event are sold by Bloomington Gold and ticket information is available on their website, http://bloomingtongold.com.
